WHY

WHY ARE THE TRUSTEES STILL CONSIDERING THIS PROPOSAL?!

The whole west side is up in arms about this.

The suspicious way in which this proposal was moved along will cost the Township it’s reputation.

AND

If the trustees pass the rezone with R1, Eastbrook will sue them because they want R2.

We, the residents will put forward a referendum that will force the rezone to a ballot vote and recalls.

Residents individually may sue the Township Trustees for malfeasance, collusion, willful misuse, or dereliction of their oath.

Finally, the Township will be sued by those individuals who will have their homes flooded and other destruction to their property by the construction of this development. The builders will be long gone when this issues occurs, and the Township will bear the responsibility after approval of this development.

I do not know why the SLTownship is so dedicated to holding hands with Eastbrook Homes.

They seem DETERMINED to find a way to make this happen despite the overwhelming facts and opinions against it.

I am starting to ask serious questions about why.

I was more than willing to give everyone a pass at the start of this. Now I have to ask WHY?

WHY IS THE TOWNSHIP SO FOCUSED ON ALLOWING EASTBROOK TO BUILD HERE.

WHY ARE THEY LOOKING FOR EXCUSES TO ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT AND NOT LOOKING AT THE FACTS THAT ARE TELLING THEM THIS IS THE WRONG PLACE FOR THIS KIND OF DEVELOPMENT?

WHO DO THEY WORK FOR??

The Old Boys Club at the Planning Commission, with the exception of Russ Tiles, pushed this through and that included Jerry Rabadeiu, who was on the PC all during the time this was being planned.

Now it’s in the lap of the Trustees, and Jerry Rabideau is Supervisor.

I ask again, should Jerry recuse himself from voting??

This is my opinion….heads need to roll. Elections are next year and we can begin to construct the Township we want with new trustees and other elected officials.

It’s time for change. ❤️🙏🏻
